Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and order modification rules for Panda Gift Hampers purchases.

Cancellation requests are considered based on preparation and dispatch status.
Once a customized hamper enters production, cancellation may be restricted.
Orders already out for delivery generally cannot be cancelled.
Modification requests (date/slot/address) should be raised as early as possible.
Approved cancellations are refunded via original payment method as per processing timelines.
